We are looking for someone who can design the set for our next performance 8 Hours There and Back. This is a verbatim play drawn from the testimonies of children with a parent in prison.
We are looking for someone based in Liverpool with experience of designing sets for studio venues and tours. We are looking for someone who is creative, a great problem solver, positive and who has also got a good sense of humour. The turn around is quite tight however this is more designing and sourcing than making!
Ideally we would love to work with someone who is a designer and has their own lived experience of the subject matter and/or someone who has faced barriers within the industry. A passion and commitment to socially engaged work is also important.
